"This place isn't for everyone. It's a little oasis of comfort and quiet, for animal lovers and for those seeking a non-pretentious beach front stay that will have everything you need. I only stayed for 2 days out of my trip, but I regret not staying the entire time. The location, in my opinion, is top notch, and even though you do hear planes during the day, they don't take away from any of the beauty of Simpson Bay and the comfortable atmosphere and relaxation provided by Mary's Boon. "

"This place is near a lot of the tourist attractions which is very convenient. The description of it being on the hill is also VERY true- often if the staff catch you walking up the hill they give you a ride. You also get a good view of the area from your balcony or the rooftop. As for the cleaners the place needs to provide the cleaners with transportation- we often saw them lugging their cleaning materials up and down the hills in the hot sun. Also the front desk gave a person who was not part of the reservation a key card to my room without verifying anything with me and I did not appreciate that- when I inquired about this, I was told that it would be looked into and they would get back to me. No one has reached out to me about that and that is a huge security concern."

"Our condo was ready even though we were early arrivals. The bellman transported us and our gear to the condo, he verified that all keys worked properly before leaving. The housekeeping manager was just finishing her inspection when we arrived. The unit was clean, supplies plentiful, and everything worked as it should. Bonus, there was an ice maker in the fridge with the bin half full of cubes already. All staff on site were pleasant, polite and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back, and promote it with family and friends "

"Paul provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He was neither welcoming nor pleasant during check-in, which made for a poor first impression. The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but the tub had dried soap residue and clearly needs to be replaced because the paint was peeling. There was also a very strange smell in the room. On a positive note, Makeeba was absolutely welcoming and pleasant. She checked me out with a smile and made me feel appreciated and welcome."
