"Impecable, maintained and clean. The rooms are huge with 2 large bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen with all appliances. There is also a large sitting room with a pull out and we didn’t Even use due to the sheet size of the entire hotel room!I love that every room faces the ocean. The beds are comfortable. The staff was Kind, they weren’t out of the way friendly but answered all questions we had. The Beach is kept free of sargum. The neighboring Beach had some one Morning but the Hilton’s beach was always clean. My only complaint would be the noise from the bar across the street goes on til 2 am. This only affects one of the bedrooms facing that direction. It would be nice if the hotel included ear plugs and a white noise machine for that room."

"Room was very nice. The elevator made a lot of noise when using it and took a long time to go up 3 floors. Made us feel unsafe when using it. Generally used the stairs except when we needed to take our luggage "

"The bathroom shower had hair on the wall tiles and floors were clearly not cleaned prior to us getting our room. The rooms are so dated, cracked tiles and old bedding and furniture. Time for an update! Staff is friendly and a great location."

"Spacious room with a kitchen area, luving area, sleeping area and balcony. Friendly staff. Lots of closet space to hang clothes. Great location close to a market and lots of bars and restaurants near the water. Great room at a great price. "

"Our stay at Tradewinds Resort in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely welcome but we especially have to give a huge shoutout to Hugo. He was truly exceptional. Hugo went above and beyond in every way possible. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was recommendations, assistance around the property, or just making sure we were comfortable, he made our entire experience that much better. The property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the resort in top condition. Between the amazing hospitality especially from Hugo and the pristine accommodations, this was easily one of the best stays we’ve had. We highly recommend Tradewinds Resort and would absolutely return without hesitation! "
