"The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children. "I booked to stay 7 days but moved out after two days there was no WiFi in the room and the tv had no channels in English like MBC 2 and only had 5 channels anyway…. the hotel was high up and to get into Naama bay u had to climb down approx 100 steps and the final five steps were lethal … not recommended "
