"Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. "

"First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "

"Zeer goede ligging- kamers proper maar niet enorm ruim. Geen amenities op de kamer maar op de laatste dag ontdekt dat je die aan de receptie kon krijgen. Leuk zwembad maar niet voldoende ligbedden ivg met het aantal gasten. Ontbijt correct. Overall zou ik terug boeken omwille van de ligging en de goede verhouding prijs kwaliteit."

"We didn’t use an airport shuttle or laundry. The swimming pools were incredible. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast isn’t included and seems to be costly. "

"The staff in the executive lounge were very attentive and eager to please especially Sheila and Richelle. Room 2406 has plumbing problems which were reported to the front desk. The problems are a leaky sink and an ill-fitting shower door which allows a lot of water to pool on the floor outside the shower. We also reported a problem with the thermostat which kept shutting off the air conditioning. Our room was well kept and the views from our room and the executive lounge were nothing short...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse Hotel, but we were disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets for phones, computers, iPads, hairdryer etc etc. The room was also very dark, with poor lighting. The shower/bathtub arrangement was poorly designed. The staff were wonderful. "

"Id expect my room to be cleaned for 4 days when i paid usd1300. We requested to have the bathroom cleaned everyday and towels replaced. We had to ask for the towels and bathrobe since they were not replaced. The bathroom was not cleaned everyday. Good location. Sgd15 to either sentosa or mbs via grab. Walking distance to China town. MRT connected to the building. Nice lobby to have drinks. They need to change the clan t tree room every other day policy. "

Die Gegend ist sehr praktisch, viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Busse und 3 MRT-Stationen sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. "
