"Staff and hotel were amazing"

"Great place! Great location! Serene…"

"Beautiful contemporary property wonderfully located in a great part of the city for dining, cafes and bars. I thought it was let down by little things like breakfast selection (although hot food was excellent) and some noticeable penny pinching which shouldn’t happen at these prices … but overall a lovely hotel and I would recommend."

"朝食の種類が豊富で美味しかったです"

"Room was exactly what I needed, all was very well laid out and staff were friendly"

"Clean room with nice view on 26th floor- very good breakfast and pool was good for a cool down"

"The room was fine if a little on the small side with separate toilet and shower cubicles. The buffet breakfast was okay - not sure why so many reviews cited this as a strength as it was ... okay. It's a bit out of the way but with bus stops literally outside the entrance this is not actually a problem. The main negatives were the bare pool area with no shade and in the room that the electrically operated curtains put you in full view of the people living in the houses next door. Not sure why...

"Khách sạn rộng đẹp, tiện nghi. Ăn sáng rất ngon và nhiều lựa chọn. Check out nhanh chóng nếu đặt cọc bằng thẻ visa."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, there were shops and restuarants around the lower area of the hotel which has a good choice.... ONE MAJOR PROBLEM.. they have a roof top Bar and sunbeds but the Bar doesnt open till 15.00 hours so you cannot get a drink if you decide to sunbathe before this time you CANNOT......"

"This was our second time staying at The Kesa house & would recommend it to anyone. Centrally located easy access to public transportation & very close to China Town. Wonderful place"

"Beautiful place to stay. The pools are great, the room is nice and a good size. Staff are very helpful and great location. Easy to get around. Will stay again next visit to Singapore"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

"false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in."

"Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair. "

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"
