" All okay, the location sucks. "

"Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. "

"This place was immaculately kept. The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but not crowded very cozy, Shower was great as week close to subway and all of Chinatown. Bed was very comfortable. I hope to return one way and I highly recommend Kinn Studios."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse Hotel, but we were disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets for phones, computers, iPads, hairdryer etc etc. The room was also very dark, with poor lighting. The shower/bathtub arrangement was poorly designed. The staff were wonderful. "

"Bella (Customer Happiness) was a big highlight for me. She has pure sunshine energy and it was such a lovely start to the stay to have that reception and care, and onwards. Rooms: super-crisp and clean air con; wood-look floors, and a light, happy feel. Great for families - calming, soft aesthetic, lovely pools (a few types, so kids will be happy). Walk to Universal Studios, beaches, 7-Elevens. Free hotel shuttle bus (goes to beach and Vivo City shopping centre - nice staff bus driver guy) or...

"This hotel offered a great location! On the outskirts of China Town. Quiet, had the best sleep! Very safe neighborhood, 5 min walk to China Town hawkers market for food and shopping. Easy to catch the brown or blue line MRT. Would stay there again. "

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"
