"We enjoyed our stay at the Warehouse Hotel, but we were disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets for phones, computers, iPads, hairdryer etc etc. The room was also very dark, with poor lighting. The shower/bathtub arrangement was poorly designed. The staff were wonderful. "

"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

"the breakfast was great to the omelets, the fruit was fresh, and the bakery. The staff were very friendly and helpful for our induvial needs. There is a mall within walking distance of the hotel that my wife and I ate dinner with various restaurants that were reasonable priced. You have options for traveling, MRT, buses, taxi, and Grab (instead of uber or lift). Grab worked the best for us, as there an option to use a taxi or a standard ride that was comfortable for 2-3 people."

"This hotel stay was perfect! So clean and luxurious, I wish I could bottle up the hotel scent and bring it home with me! Super comfy beds and a quiet place to lay your head and get a good night's rest. Conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to so many good cafés and restaurants. Also the outdoor infinity pool is at the rooftop level and is a great backdrop for photos. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely book here again! "

However, to make it nicer I would have expected: the room to be bigger (looks smaller than the description), the pool at Level 3 to be open (wrong time of the year to be in the hotel), the lobby to feel a bit more welcoming (hotel entrance in a parking basement floor-ish, and the lobby/checking desk area not really a warm atmosphere)"

We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

"Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair. "
