The property is well maintained. The room is very clean and in excellent condition. The staffs are friendly, courtesy and willing to help. The location is good,and within walking distances to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and transportation hubs.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport by IHG
Excellent location for transit so close to airport. Staff were so helpful and the hotel had a lovely pool and facilities. The only areas for improvement are that more information should be provided to guests at checkin - pool opening hours etc and also the room would be improved with a bidet.
