"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Habe 2 Zimmer gebucht. Leider war eines davon im Nebengebäude. Auch nach Nachfragen war es leider nicht möglich ein weiteres Zimmer im Haupthaus zu bekommen. Leider war auch keine Zimmerreinigung - auch nicht, als wir das Schild (Zettel) dafür an der Tür angebracht hatten. Frische Handtücher haben wir dann an der Rezeption selber geholt. War schön öfter in dieser Art von Hotel - dieses zählt leider zu den Schlechteren. "

"Perfect for our family, 3 children & 4 adults (booked two rooms). Ideal kitchen for stay in meals, grocery store 10 minute walk. Tube 10 minute walk and bus line 5 minutes walk. Nice view from balcony. 10 minutes away from Big Ben by Tube."

"Firstly there is not enough support or help from the staff there are no phones in the bedroom. I paid for a premium room yet the room I was given was far from premium it was tiny and blocked by a block of flats despite being advertised as ‘city view’ I was able to change after making a complaint but in the new room the TV was so far from the bed it wasn’t comfortable nor were there any plates, bowls, spoons etc… in the kitchen area which didn’t make any sense as there is no way to use it...
