Massimo was the consummate host. So helpful and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well situated in La Caletta. Lots of nice beaches and restaurants close by.

Super stay

Massimo, the hotel manager couldn’t have been more attentive. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel was clean and the pool was a great addition. There was no lift in the hotel, so if you require disabled access this may be an issue but it was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfy. Quite basic but still good for the value of money. It’s a short walk to the village centre with some really lovely restaurants and markets. Was a great trip. Would recommend.

very clean room and a comfy bed, nice amenities, but I missed some furnitures on the big open terrace, for a short stay it is ok, but for a longer one, it would be a big disadvantage, nice pool area too, good location to reach both beaches on foot

Excellent and friendly.

Amazing stay. Informative staff give advice on things to do and getting around. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was excellent, AC is powerful, double windows allow any degree of light/fresh air combination. Breakfast for £10 is a buffet of simple breakfast items, which is an option for comfort.

We finished our trip visiting Sardinia for the very first time. We spent time in the northwest of the island and then spent time on the southwest side of the island. We ended the trip closer to the airport at Hotel Ristorante L'Aragosta. Everywhere we went was fantastic and this was no exception. Only wish we had more time. Hope to come back in the future.

A parte i signori della reception, esperienza piuttosto deludente. Partendo dai mille messaggi che ribadiscono l’orario di check in, fino alla camera diversa dalle foto. Hotel e servizi troppo datati, il letto era così vecchio che al minimo movimento faceva un rumore terribile. Probabilmente si tratta di una struttura a conduzione familiare e mi dispiace dover dare un giudizio negativo ma il peggio è arrivato alle 9 del mattino di domenica, con aspirapolveri e colpi alla porta (proviamo anche a capire che bisogna pulire, ma di domenica con la struttura vuota è necessario tutto questo chiasso?). Davvero tutto troppo sproporzionato, bella la posizione perché vicino al centro del paese, ma per niente preoccupati del cliente: addirittura far pagare l’acqua 1.5€ presente nel frigobar che di solito è gratuita… Nessun servizio incluso, fan pagare tutto, un minimo di attenzione e riguardo soprattutto perché ormai fuori stagione sarebbero stati apprezzati!!

Schönes kleines Hotel, Familiengeführt. Es wird sehr auf sauberkeit und ruhe geachtet! Die Türen sind etwas hellhörig, aber deshalb wird man auch per schild gebeten, keine lauten Schuhe zu tragen. Vom namen her nicht irritieren lassen, es ist nur noch ein Hotel ohne eigenes Restaurant. Das Frühstücksangebot habe ich nicht genutzt und kann daher nichts dazu sagen. Für mich - als Lösung für eine nacht Optimal. Ich würde dennoch wieder kommen, auch für längeren aufenthalt. Sehr nettes Personal mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung!
