I had an excellent stay at the Vie hotel! Everything was amazing. Nice restaurant with good food and well priced menu. Friendly, helpful and always available staff. Extremely clean in every area of the hotel including the gym. Helpful to have airport transfer available at no extra charge. I definitely recommend and will be back.

hotel muito bom, ainda falta equipe profissionalizada no atendimento..... cheguei as 10 hs AM o hotel estava com meu quarto liberado e nao quiseram me deixar entrar antes do 12 hsPM se eu nao pagasse 30% da diaria. sou cliente e uso sempre o hotel, acho que poderiam ter algumas excessoes... ate mesmo porque muitas vezes eu saio do hotel com algumas horas apenas de uso e deixo a diaria paga. FICA A DICA

RECEPÇÃO SEM ORGANIZAÇÃO E SEM RESPEITO

Estava indo tudo bem até a hora do Checkout, a atendente além de duvidar da minha palavra, durante a conferência de consumo, invadiram minha privacidade fuçando no lixo pra ver o que eu havia consumido, e ainda ficou insistindo quando eu disse que não consumi água do hotel. O mais ridículo é que informei 4 itens muito mais caro do que a água que ela ficou incansavelmente questionando se eu consumi, e ainda me segurando no hotel por conta disso. Parecia até piada quando veio me dizer que viram 2 garrafas de água no lixo, só faltou ligar para o papa e pedir uma visão de Deus se eu consumi a água do hotel ou não. Zero falta de organização, Zero falta de respeito e Zero falta de confiança e consideração com o cliente. Mas tirando essa cena lamentável, eu estava super curtindo o hotel, super moderno e aconchegante.
