"Amazing boutique property with wonderful sitting areas and views of the canal. The owner and staff are very welcoming, helpful, and eager to assist in your stay. The property and rooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We recommend getting a reservation for breakfast. It is expensive but worth it for the quality, quantity, and service."

"We stayed in the pretty garden room which looked out onto the courtyard garden. It was so peaceful and quiet at the hotel, despite its great central location. Our room was lovely and spacious, with high windows and ceilings, and the bed/bedding were of a high standard. Sofie, who runs the hotel, couldn’t have been nicer - there were surprise birthday treats for my husband when we arrived, extra towels were provided when needed, and Sofie was discreetly on hand to offer any advice on where to...

"The rooms look great, the host is friendly and the location is on point. But, this is mosquito hell, no warning from the owner but the rooms had no air condition and a steady swarm of mosquitos. The first night I got bitten 30+ times and this really messed up our stay in Bruges. Hard to sleep and the mosquito bites itched like crazy.
Also, got a parking ticket for 40 euro after parking at a spot the host claimed was free.
Beside the mosquitoes everything looked good, but beware. "

"Hotel Navarre made our stay in Brugge really special. We were very happy to see how beautiful it was as we pulled up; but it was the staff, location, comfortable room and lovely breakfast that made it a place we would come back to. Staff member Indy went the extra mile to help us get a taxi on a particularly busy morning in at the hotel due to special events in the city."

"The hotel is a converted old building, as most are in the area. Getting to our room was a funny walk of up several stairs, down some stairs, up a floor, down the hall and then back down more stairs.... However, the room itself was spacious and clean. The hotel is doing renovations right now, so I did only give 4 of 5 for appearance and be prepared to be up by 8am if you are on the side with the work crew. The location is actually great - just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet, but close...

"We like the hotel in general except for our bedroom.. We had a king size bed that did not fit in the room .. one side of the bed was a foot away from the heater .. I was not able to get to the bed from that side . I am surprised that there is no review that mention this issue.. In reference to the bathroom .. the shower does not have any handrail … and there was not a cabinet or shelf to place our toiletries despite the fact that is was plenty of room to place one .
In reference to breakfast it...
