"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."

"I was so disappointed when I lived in this property. I have been lived there for 10 days, only cleaned up the room once. At the second night, the toilet was stuck. I called the front desk to ask for help, but the lady said that nobody was here to clean the toilet until tomorrow. And then I said do you have any tools that I can use for cleaning. I could do that by myself and she said “NO”. Could you please change another room for us. She said “NO” again. I said the smell was horrible and how could I use the toilet during the night. She said you could go down the lobby to use toilet. Can you imagine I needed to go down to use toilet during the midnight. I don’t want to live this property anymore."

"We enjoyed having a decent breakfast on the hotel premise. The hotel location is very near the train station. Uber is around Euro 15 to the station, don't take a regular taxi. I was charged Euro 45 from the station to the hotel, the driver said they have a standard rate. I used Uber when I returned to the station after checking out "
