"The pools and bars were nice, sometimes really slow. The main buffet was actually surprisingly good with a wide variety of foods. Wish the hours were a little more convenient, but it was ok. There are spots on the resort that could use some attention (missing tiles in the pool etc), but overall we had a great time. "

"Es entendible que por le precio no es un hotel 5 estrellas y tampoco esperábamos eso pero la decepción fue grande. 1- cucarachas en el baño todas las noches. Matábamos de 1 a 3 cucarachas por noche. 2- se nos ensució un paño y cuando pedimos reemplazo nos cobraron por cambiarlo. 3- el olor del cuarto era de cloaca. 4- la habitación extremadamente diferente a las fotos.
Realmente decepcionante. Nos fuimos de ahí al hotel parassassa que es hasta más económico y otra cosa completamente limpio, excelente personal, servicio 10/10"
