Late at night, around 12:00 a.m., when some food was accidentally spilled on the deck, he personally came to assist. He brought a mop and cleaned the area himself with great care and professionalism. This level of dedication, especially at such a late hour, truly reflects the high standards and genuine hospitality of the resort staff. Moments like this made my stay even more special.
