Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
I’m not sure where to start! The staff (in particular Tanina) couldn’t have done more for us.
We arrived in Italy during a nationwide travel strike which put everybody attempting to travel in confusion so I messaged Tanina for advice.
She was in constant contact for hours where I was trying to get to the hotel from the airport, offering lots of different solutions.
Once at Descenzano train station, she organised a car to pick us up.
We were then met by a member of the hotel staff by the beautiful castle (on entering Sirmione) and escorted to our hotel.
The hotel is small but modern, sleek and nicely decorated. It’s in the perfect location, a walk away from everything you’ll want to see in the town. The port is a 2 minute walk and the hotels restaurant, where you’ll get breakfast, is a minute walk away.
The breakfast was very tasty, coffee and orange juice on tap and quick service.
Tanina shared her advice on what to do in the local area, Milan and Verona when we asked. She was very informative and always friendly whenever we spoke to her.
She arranged an unforgettable meal at a local restaurant for me and my wife on our anniversary and it was incredible!
She made our stay even better than it would have been, I must say it’s one of the nicest places I have ever been and we go away multiple times a year, to different destinations.
That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you all for a great trip
