"We turned up and the self check in box with code details is a really efficient and great idea to quickly get access to your room and no need to wait around. However when we got to our room (it stated queen bed online when booking) we received 2 singles. Looks nothing like the pictures as in reality we had a room which looked like it wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. A balcony which had electric shutters which were damaged therefore couldn't open. An aircon unit which didn't work....
