"ALL the staff are very professional and kind, especially the lady who works in the breakfast area in the morning. The property is very clean and in great condition, and is very well managed. Great breakfast. Thank you very much for making us feel at home during our one night stay."

"The room was super cheap so that was a plus. When we checked in we went to set out stuff down and there was makeup stains on the first blanket and hairs in between the main blanket and the sheet. Our pillows had a faint yellow stain on them. When we fully pulled back the covers to get into bed there was an old blood stain on the blanket. We didn’t bother letting The only staff member we seen and just used our own blankets and left early the next morning. If price is your only concern then this...

"I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel."

"Internet is not usable you can connect but you will not have any bandwidth to use it for absolutely anything (this is not an exaggeration consuming). TV doesn't work. The breakfast is at the point of unsafety; I try to grab some boiled eggs and they wearing some sort of greenish liquid and they have a date on them that it was prior to one I arrived so I don't know what exactly means but definitely not something that I feel comfortable"

"Upon check-in, the lady at the front desk was dealing with another gentleman you said he had to go get his glasses to sign the paperwork. He went outside for like 25 minutes and I waited on the couch no welcoming no hello I wasn’t even really sure what was going on. He came back his paperwork and still just sat there waiting like I was just trying to look pretty. I went up to the desk and was like can I check in?"

"Perfect place for a one-night stay off the 5! Delightful, clean room, loved the Shakespeare theme, and the staff were very sweet and helpful. Will stay here again and recommend to friends passing through Ashland!"
