"Beautiful property and accommodations and amazing staff!"

"No one at front desk upon arrival or at night (you had to call). Room was OK. AC was noisy. All in all OK but not at all a welcoming experience. Would I return? No."

"Well I really just stayed and slept after hiking, but it was really cute, clean, and comfortable!"

"Since the Marriott took it over it went down hill. No coffee in the room, Quaker instant oat meal. ( Hampton) across the hwy makes it fresh with cranberries and almonds. Ice tea is Lipton, no other choices available. Only ice machine on the first floor. The WiFi is harder than it should be. Staff were nice and friendly. Stay somewhere else."

"I decided to extend my stay at Eagle Crest for an additional night, and the staff made the process incredibly easy. They were friendly, accommodating, and worked with me to ensure I could remain in the same suite rather than having to pack up my belongings and move to another room. It’s the little things like this that make a difference when traveling. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to make my extended stay as convenient as possible. "The young man that checked us in at the front desk was excellent. I wish I could remember his name."

"A charming property with exceptional service"

"The bed was just not comfortable to sleep in."

"Very large quiet room with two king beds. Location is excellent. Very close to a vibrant downtown. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Bend."

"Very run downs and worn, not what we expect from a best western"

"The staff member who checked me in was super nice and helpful I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shoutout! Room was very clean and I noticed no maintenance issues (I’m a housekeeper so I have an eye for those things haha). Breakfast was good and they had a variety of options. Would definitely stay here again!"
