"Yo reserve con tiempo y la encargada llamada """ Leanne'" me dijo que No estaba mi recervacion en la Quinta de Carlsbad New mexico enseñe mi identidad y a así me dijo que No tuve que buscar nueva renta en otra hotel y busque mi número de recervacion volví en la noche y a así me decía que No, de un buen rato me dijo aa ''SI'' aquí estas y le dije que si me devolvían mi dinero y me dijo que no que habrá con la aplicación donde hice mi reservacion hable y a un así no me devolvieron NADA ., No fue mi culpa y a un así Perdí mi dinero No es justo..... tengan cuidado con esa persona llamada Leanne no hace bien su trabajo y da mal trato a los clientes."

"This was a quality stay at an affordable price. The rooms were clean and solid—nothing extraordinary, but more than adequate. The pool was nice—very warm, but nice. The staff was helpful and considerate. Overall, very positive experience with our stay."

"The rooms are comfortable, clean, and offer a nice cool reprieve from the summer heat. The staff mostly only speak Spanish, but are all very friendly and didn't laugh at our awful attempts at speaking the language. The hotel has a small but nice gym and pool. They also offer a wonderful complementary breakfast including everything from waffles, pancakes, eggs, cereal, muffins, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, or ham (depending on the day), hash browns, milk, juice, and coffee, and yogurt, to bagels and toast."
