"The location is great close to restaurant & mercado, airport and safe for walking under the trees. I walked along way to the ruin (?) of a castle. The hostess is very friendly and useful. Breakfast is delicious and fast. I recommend to book a suite very pleasant room with stove microwave, refrigerator & king size bed. "

"I love this hotel. I travel alone. It is centrally located with anything you would want a short walk away. You can have Papa John's Pizza (which is far superior here than in Canada, then go to P.F. Chang for supper. Shopping is nearby. If you want to eat local fare, you can find it everywhere. There is a delightful coffee shop next door. The staff are great. Come here. "

"Great room, perfect staff, super location. Get some great sunset shots of the volcanoes. Breakfast was different every day, and had a true Guatemalan flair; frijoles, huevos revueltos, salchichas, and the best platanos duros I have ever had. Of course tons of fruit, waffles, pancakes, cereal, and made-to-order omelets. The Greek restaurant across the street is exceptional. Loved the outdoor patio attached to the Courtyard bar. 10/10"

He liked it, six days later we stayed there again. Very clean, comfortable and the recepción people are very nice and helpful. They arranged our Uber.
