"The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. Everything was walkable to everything. I wish we had stayed here longer! We booked the family suite and it truly was incredible. They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 people. Plus there was a sofa bed so you could fit 5-6 people. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet (included when we went) was a mix of hot and cold items which was amazing. And the gym was amazing! It had so many machines and a small space for floor work. We only stayed one night but well worth the price! "

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. "The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "
