"Nestled in Chora, this house is just a short walk to the monastery and cave, making it a perfect base for exploring Patmos. Easily accessible by taxi or bus from Patmos Skala port, it’s a quick downhill stroll with some steps from the Chora main square. The house is fully equipped with all essentials, and the host was incredibly helpful. The air-conditioned upper-level bedroom added extra comfort. There are two fans in the house too! We loved every moment of our stay! "

"The charm of this property is unmatched! If you appreciate nostalgic beauty as much as I do, these accommodations will exceed every expectation you have. The hosts are beautiful people with extensive knowledge of the island. They're so kind and accommodating. They left snacks in the fridge and in the kitchen. It's so clean and so peaceful, I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dimitris and Anastasia! The local restaurants are within only moments walking around the corner. The locals are so kind. "Asteri hotel is a welcoming family-run hotel which is located 10-15 on foot from the centre of Scala. The owners are there to accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. The room was spacious and the balcony had a spectacular view towards Chita and the castle. The garden looked like a small paradise. The hotel was clean and well maintained although the room could be renovated to include more modern amenities. They gave us free breakfast which was so kind of them, however there were not many options, especially for vegan travellers like me. Overall it was a great stay and I’d be happy to return!"

"We arrived early off the ferry but that was no problem to our hostess. Our apartment was tiny but spotless with a balcony we could sit on and enjoy the amazing view. The downside of this of course is all the stairs! The friendly dogs and cat were a bonus! The location was excellent, walking 5 minutes from the ferry port and the centre of town. "
