We stayed her twice within our trip and both times our room was clean and the staff was always available when we needed extra pillows etc. about a 25 minute walk to the main square, but the price was great and worth staying on the ‘outskirts’ of Malmo. "This reservation was made by mistake on the wrong date due to Expedia defaulting to the date I made the reservation NOT the date I wanted to check in. Therefore, we did NOT check into this hotel. The hotel has refused to refund our money for that night, even though they would not have rented it anyway since this reservation hit their system late in the evening. Expedia asked the hotel twice to refund our money but they refused, just taking easy money for no services!"
