Processing of that payment was confirmed through PayPal, & Expedia confirmed payment to Home2Suites by Hilton in Champaign IL. "Rude front desk"

"Our room was in need of an update. The tub had black stains in it, paint was patched. When we came into the room, the dishwasher was running and the bathroom floor was wet, as if the room had just been cleaned, even thoigh we were there an hour after check-in. "

I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."
