"Construction outside that was very noisy. very noisy hallways in the middle of the night, and other guest were very loud. We were able to hear everything. There was a smell in the hallways and in our room, one elevator was broken, other one had a crack in the floor that staff told us not to stand on, only one employee working and was unable to bring new amenities to the room."

"Accidentally booked it 1 week later than original date. Which I didn't mind so I wanted that night instead with later one being canceled just paying the difference. Management wasn't reliable with options available. I don't understand the trickery with a mistake 😕. Good for yall I got hustled whoop whoop"

The staff was amazing! The entire lounge smells like you're entering the abercrombie store! Will definitely go back here!"

On the final try, they finally got me into a one bedroom suite. Mind you I was dragging my toddler, cat, and luggage with me every time. They tried...
