"Really helpful front of house staff and assisted us with taxis so that we didn’t overpay as is common practice. We thought the room was starting to look a little tired and could do with a refurb. Breakfast was disappointing. Also wanted a coffee to take back to room and was directed to the downstairs bar where we had to pay."

"The hotel is very close proximity to the old market/bazar. Just come out and take a left and climb the stairs and get down on the other side. You are in the centre, river, monuments, and all related places along with restaurants are there. The taxi from airport cost 1,000 Macedonia Denar equivalent to 17 Euro. "Staff was very nice and tried to help. The reason for 2 stars is for the temperature of the room was 25-26 C. It was way too hot to be comfortable and was unable to sleep because of the temperature. Asked many times to fix it or change rooms, neither of which happened. The entire hotel also smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. "

"Positive: Right in the City Center at macedonia Square. Great breakfast (Menu). Not to expensive Negative: The corners in the bathroom weren't clean. It smelled quite strongly of sewage. Avoid room 110, because the cleaning staff sit opposite it from about 8 a.m. and talk so loudly that you'll fall out of bed. In short: the price/performance ratio is okay, but room 110 is not recommended. It's okay for younger people without high expectations."
