"1 - This hotel is not worth the money.
2 - The rooms are exceptionally hot and the air con does not go to down far enough to deal with this. I had 4 exceptionally uncomfortable nights in this hotel.
3 - The breakfast is a shambles. Far too busy and and not enough seating. having to ask for a cappuccino and for fried eggs to be made is disappointing at a major hotel like this. The items are all laid out in a disorganised way with people getting in everyone's way.
4 - Bar closed around midnight...
"Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel und es war schrecklich laut, so dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.
Nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt, war eine Bühne aufgebaut, von wo aus bis zum frühen Morgen Musik herüber dröhnte.
Von einem Hotel dieser Klassifizierung hätte ich erwartet, dass man uns im Vorfeld oder spätestens beim check- in über die bevorstehende Veranstaltung und Lärmbelästigung informiert hätte. Dann hätte ich die Chance gehabt, mich um Ohrstöpsel o.ä. zu kümmern.
Um ca. 1 Uhr in der Nacht...
"I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad.
I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place.
In short, we will not be staying there again."
