"Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Only thing we didn’t like was we had a handicap room, which was fine. It had a walk-in shower with the shower head pointing out towards the middle of the bathroom so the floor got soaked."

"Our main problem was with checkin. We arrived about 7:45 pm. There was one receptionist and the line was backed up and remained so for at least an hour.
The property was pretty sterile and mainly is for flight crews overnighting or people with very early flight. Location near airport was good. Pillows were hard and lumpy."

"The room was not clean, and the staff was kind of rude. We had a kid get sick in the middle of the night and we asked for new bedding, and all we got was a crappy blanket and top sheet. We also had to grab a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 AM and the front desk person shouted at me at 4:28 in the hallway as I was trying to get my children out of the door. "

"The hotel told us at check in they were without water but would have it back within the hour. So we chose to continue to check in. Shortly after check in, we noticed they posted signs that said the hotel would be without water between 11pm-5am. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30am…the hotel said they would give us a discount on our rate. However they never followed through. Disappointed. "
