"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. "When I was here, I entered into a dirty room. Got us to change to the second floor. Room was still dirty with fill on the bed on the floor in the toilet in the bathroom. At this point I gave up and decided to bring my own blankets and clean when the front staff was useless. This was one of the most dirtiest hotels I’ve been at. Do better."
