We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"
