"Great hotel"

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction ,it would have been a great asset. Other than that we had an amazing stay ! We will be returning and hopefully the pool will be up and running by then."

Yo tengo un certificado de apotyo emocional de mi perra, al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que por no ser un service dog sino un emotional support teniamoss que pagar 80 dolares la noche por ella, me parece absurdo, por que en ingun momento en expidia decia eso. Me costo mas estadia del perro que la mia, muy decepcionante no lo recomiendo. Ademas el cuarto estaba lleno de polxvo, las personas no eran amables."

"I arrived at about 2:30 PM. That is a few minutes before check in time. There was a male and a female working the counter. My room was not ready they found me a room in a few minutes. I am not sure that was what made me fill out this review. I think it was they were just so dedicated to customer service. "We stayed at Smart Stay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The staff was very courteous and very helpful. We spoke with the front desk manager twice and both times they went over and beyond to assist us. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping came in each day to freshen the room up and add new towels and toiletries. The complimentary breakfast is the only negative I have with this stay. "Absolutely LOVE the mattress they use!!! It cradles You with softness and comfort! The bathroom could use some updating and a better cleaning. The room Hadn’t been dusted, there was a film and I sneezed a lot because of that. I did go to the desk to ask them to clean the tub so we could shower and they sent someone immediately. All in all, the stay was an 8, great value, morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Well for starters, me and my boyfriend arrived on time to check in. Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at about 2:50. We had to wait for an additional 30 minutes to almost an hour past 3:00 for a room! I even had a reservation so I didn’t understand the reasoning for the hold up. "The property is a bit outdated, and the location didn’t make us feel very safe. Late at night, someone above us started setting off fireworks. It was extremely loud, and honestly, I was too uncomfortable to even ask them to stop—I just waited for it to end. Overall, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast because it ended at 9:00 AM. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here with children."
