There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15 minutes to get checked in when the room was already paid for. Very disappointed for what I paid for the room. "
