"The room was clean, but the sink took hours to drain after washing my hands. When I called the front desk, it was 10pm and they were of NO help. It was MSU graduation weekend and there is no way that this room was worth what they charged ($254). This was like a $100 room at best if I ignore the other guest who were loudAF and the slow draining sink. I really want a partial refund for the sink, but I doubt that I ever hear from anyone."
