"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM.
