"Super"

"I highly recommend a stay in this hotel. My husband and I have just stayed for 3 nights in a Business Double Room which was spacious and comfortable. We had one breakfast in the hotel and there was a good range and choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old town which is perfect for exploring the city and close to many restaurants and cafes."

"Good location, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff."

"This place needs a professional manager. Even though it has aged, and sure shows it, it would have potential if properly managed. Many services provided were out of order, and complaining was dealt with by the staff providing answers which were certainly economical with the truth and downright insulting to one's intelligence. There are just to many to list, but one in particular beggars belief. The minibar refrigerator didn't work, called reception, and soon maintenance worker came, checked...

"Great location and lovely room. Staff were charming"

"The room was clean which is our first concern. The furnishings are modest, but adequate although it would be nice if there were shelves or drawers in addition to space for hanging clothes. It would also be nice to have a night table on both sides of the bed rather than just one side. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, at all hours, including when we left at 2:45 AM. The breakfast was adequate for the price and considering we did not see other places in the area for breakfast. The...

"Everything was excellent. Just when my sister came back to the hotel around 3am from the airport couldn't find any staff to buy beverages. Apart that, everything was excellent the staff, the room, very clean too."

"I stayed here only for a night but after seeing the amazing crew and the interior, i regretted instantly not booking for more days. I highly recommend anyone (especially if you are a female solo traveller like me) to stay at this beautiful hotel for a pleasent journey. It’s also very closeby to the city center, not even mentioning the bus station (which is like 10 steps away) so i had no issue with the transportation!! Thank you again for this amazing stay, especially the ladies at the lobby...

"Everything is as pictured, the commin areas are great for pictures, they have an afternoon coffee break with a treat, complimentary dinner was tasty, and breakfast had a lot of options. The rooms are small as described but laid out very well and modern and clean. I also booked the sauna, which is private sauna, showers and locker room for 15 euro for an hour. Hotel is in a great area to walk and explore."

"Had a lovely stay, clean hotel, great staff and a good location."

"I think the main issue we had was the lack of heating from the radiators and the hot water not working at the time. Staff managed to find an alternative to the heating and got the hot water working. The location is very good in what’s available, but also can be noisy at night. The other thing that is that the floors have virtually no soundproof, so you can hear all steps and movements when trying to sleep. The sofabed also was a little uncomfortable. We were only there for 3 nights and only for...
