"If you are looking to book this hotel, don’t bother! When we arrived we assumed the hotel served breakfast as the title of the hotel is ‘B&B’, they do not serve breakfast which wasn’t the end of the world but a bit of a inconvenience, one lady on reception gave us some recommendations and was very helpful. When we got to the room it wasn’t very clean, it was quite run down, walls were dirty and marked, also our bedsheets were unclean, also only one workable plug socket in the room, the fridge...

"The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It was a smaller room but that’s what you’d expect in Venice. The location was amazing. There’s a restaurant and bar/cafe right outside and both were fantastic. For the restaurant- get the seafood spaghetti if you really want to taste Venice. The staff were great and very welcoming. One tip - bring Euro in cash to pay the city tax. Overall a great stay and we loved our time in Venice!"

"We arrived and they moved us to a different hotel named Royal San Marco. It was not what we reserved. The location was good but the hallway was very dirty and the room was very old. Shower worked well but beds were hard and uncomfortable. If you book at the hotel, you should stay in the room you reserved. There were many unhappy customers complaining in the lobby the two days we were there. They were not happy with their rooms and did not get what they had reserved either. They explained...

"Line 2 public water bus/ boat from train station to this property. 30 minutes /10 dollar boat ride plus 2 minutes walk.much easier than I thought. Great location for Venice attractions, clean , comfortable , and easy boat back to train station . Would stay this place if Venice again in the future."
