"I really enjoyed our three nights at Getaway. First, it was easy to get to from Gint Saint Peters and also from Gent Dampoort train stations. It was really quiet our whole stay and the kitchenette was helpful. The place is really close to downtown and we got a lot of walking in to all the sites in Ghent. "Overall, property was reasonably priced and provided spacious accommodations. The location was convenient since it was only 20 min walk to Grand Place. However, the area did not feel too safe, especially at night. The apartment was spacious and was very helpful to have kitchen, fridge, microwave. However some minor repairs can be done. Also booked a 1 bedroom apartment and there was A/C in the living area but not in the main bedroom."

"Super l’ studio, propreté impecable , mais l’entrée de l’immeuble c’est une poubelle, il faut refaire complètement l’entrée de l’immeuble, c’est inadmissible c’est entrée , chaque fois que quelqu’un rentre dans les immeubles, la porte claque est réveillé à tout l’immeuble , à cause de ça 3 étoile mais l’ studio 4 étoile , merci "

"Good location, a few minutes walk from the center, and from the Train station. Rooms have nice high ceilings, very comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. Very comfortable. No front desk or key, access is by code for the front door and room… still getting used to that set up. No issues, good experience. "

"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

"Excellent location.Being Sub street level resulted in noise from passing footfall and traffic. Apartment very clean and the filter coffee was a bonus. Points for charging mobile devices not particularly well placed and bed & sofa very low. Although bathroom had new fittings you had to squeeze past the sink unit to access the shower.
