"I arrived at 9pm (on St Patrick’s day) and as a result there was no food available, the restaurant in the hotel was closed, every business nearby was closed even the bars. I ordered from Uber Eats which cancelled itself two hours later as the restaurant was closed. What’s going on Columbus? It’s 9 PM on st Patrick’s day! Also The room was very cold (in the low 60s) so I turned up the heat but it never got warmer than 68. I needed to get a new key from the front desk every time I returned to my room as they stopped working and locked me out. The ice machines on most floors have signs directing you to the one that works on another floor. There is no pool. The staff was very friendly. "

"Dirty dirty hotel. Got to our room after a very dismissive chevk in. Zero toilet paper, the room reaked of cigarette smoke and the bedding had blood stains.
Back to the front to ask for another room...
Bedding on both beds in that room were grossly stained as well.
We only stayed because it was late and we had an early flight. Otherwise i would have demanded a refund and gone somewhere else."
