"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was not welcoming and gave the impression that they did not enjoy their jobs. Our room was not ready even though we arrived after the posted check-in time, which was frustrating—especially considering we booked one of the most expensive rooms at the hotel. To make matters worse, the overnight front desk employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Between the poor communication, lack of proper training, and overall lack of hospitality, the experience did not match the price we paid at all. While the view was beautiful, it was simply not worth the amount of money we spent to be treated this way. Unfortunately, no real effort was made to accommodate us or make things right. Because of that, we will not be returning."

"Perfect place to stay, very centrally located! Family vacation with two teen girls, lots of space in the room and bathroom which was soooooo nice! Beds were comfy. . Staff was kind especially the guys that greet you outside and spin the revolving door for you.. they would always say welcome back! Highly recommend! And the river view was amazing! "
