"Our room was perfect. Clean easy to check in. The only issue was the hand soap and shower gel were completely empty. We had a late check in and early check out so showering was a bit dismal."

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. Cons: one side of the hotel is next to train tracks, Friday night we counted four trains and could hear the trains loud and clear.
