"The hot tub was full of kids everyday which they should not even be allowed in the hot tub so we did not enjoy the hot tub kids were jumping in it like it was a pool. The pool was cold wasn’t able to go in that either. The outdoor pool was closed. Our hot water wasn’t working when we got there had to wait a day to have it fixed "
