"I was initially checked into a room which was not cleaned, with dead insects and food on the floor. Staff were helpful and moved us into another room, which while much cleaner, we soon found out the property had no TV service or hot water."

"We did not stay at this hotel even though we paid for it. The room smelled like smoke and the room was not clean. We walked out after entering the room and the person in the room two doors down started to come out and then immediately stepped back into the room and closed the door. We did not feel safe at this hotel so we left and found another hotel to stay in. We did not ask for a refund because I didn't want confrontation. I certainly don't think they deserve a 3 rating."
