"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub. "We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Garden Inn as a family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – extremely professional, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful, which really made the experience special. The hotel itself was spotless, with our room and all areas kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. It was a comfortable, welcoming stay that helped make our celebration extra memorable. We would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The staff are the stars in this Hotel. Every one of them was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on one of our frequent overnight stopovers when we make our regular trips from down South to up North. It’s our first time at this hotel but the breakfast really excels in comparison to other hotels in the locality."
