"Victoria on reception is very nice. I had a little incident where a neighbouring guest had bought a dog that was very distressed alone in the apartment. Despite her trying to contact the owner and them stating they were going to be home soon, they were not and the noise went on. Victoria was very accommodating with moving me. The second room was of the same standard as the first showing the upkeep on these apartments is very good. The area is a little strange - but Canberra is as a whole to me. The Woolworths Metro across the road is very convenient, and the Beef Cheeks at No10 Restaurant were amazing. I travel for work regularly and will be back."

"Reception check in and check out was excellent room service food provision was very much below hopes the REceptionists were beautiful - just didnt have much they could offer with room service food which was well served but very unappetising ThankYou - the Bed was wonderful "

"I was so impressed with this hotel . For the price our room was lush , comfortable and super large. We will def stay here again if in this part of town. Lovely decor "
