Had a terrible experience with reception staff and the general hotel management that was no help at all. Also, no one in the hotel spoke English so it was hard to communicate. Also, the cleaning staff can just walk into your room without permission. I had this incident happen to me in the middle of the night. I will never ever stay in this hotel again… "
