From reception to bell boys (shout out to Eric for being one of the most helpful hotel staff I’ve seen!), they were all nice and made our experience top notch! The breakfast is fantastic! Many options to choose from. Freshly squeezed orange juice machine for all guests to use, great coffee, pastry and fruits selection. The beach view is stunning! Highly recommend upgrading to a beach view room. Can’t get tired of it. I honestly don’t have any negative things to say about this place. It’s for sure underrated and soon to be packed by tourists who find this absolute gem!"

"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "
