"臭い(トイレの配管洗浄が不十分なのでは)、高い(相場でも2万円では)、実際はラブホなので満足な説明を受けられない、と良いトコが余り有りません
I cannot say this hotel to be too good.
As a restroom has a bad-smelling caused the piping is not washed,
As it is a motel, I cannot receive enough explanation and high pricing.

"5th stay here, always good and would highly recommend if flying out early /late. Hotel is a 5 mins walk from T3 arrivals/ departures. Rooms are super clean but vary in size based on what you book. There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the airport. The hotel also has coin laundries, vending machines and a few restaurants. Only minor negatives, check-in is self service using a kiosk, if you do hit a problem, then staff seem reluctant to help. All the other staff, especially the...
"The hotel was okay for an overnight stay before an early flight. The room was quite worn and looking a little tired, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The biggest advantage is the location—it’s incredibly convenient for Terminal 3, making an early morning departure stress-free. I’d stay again for the convenience, but don’t expect anything particularly modern or luxurious."
"This hotel is trying really hard to ne hipster trendy. The only reason I rated it lower, was the A/C didn't really work. It worked enough to be able to sleep, but it was pretty warm the whole time"
"A little budgety, but yeah that’s what I paid so it’s spot on. Omori is sneaky charming area. Especially the coffee house “Rouen Coffee Tei” (spell?). Ended up taking a random cab to Hanada airport (one was just sitting outside the hotel = dumb luck). I hear the train can be a mess at times as in sometimes you can’t get on the airport line train because they are totally full. Even by Japanese standards."
"The hotel was really good overall. The breakfast buffet is a great way to get your day started. It was a little surprising just how small the rooms are. A few things to note for older travelers or those with mobility concerns. The restrooms in the rooms are elevated and there is quite a steep step up."
