"Reserved parking for car charging in advance as advised by the hotel. Got a numbered soot but it was occupied when we arrived. Needed to make phone call to find a new spot. At check in they just said afterwards”you can take any spot there, one does not need to follow the given numbering” This created unnecessay confusion and took our time to sort out. Why to give a numbered spot in the first place?"

"Good break fast but chairs were stained and dirty in the room and trash can was realy ugly and out of place.the art work near bed was disturbing and unfit for bedroom i upload the image and u judge yourself."

"Sankt Anna could indeed be deemed a resort - a wonderful countryside retreat with all necessary amenities for a long stay. The building is nicely renovated, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the service was top notch. The location offers a calm getaway from the big city hassle. Nice nature and beautiful beaches to visit around. Maybe not so suitable for the winter season but definitely perfect for a summer vacation. "
