Stayed in Sofia many times in the past two years in a range of hotels. It was this one which impressed me the most. The staff were incredibly helpful as well as the location being extremely convenient for easy access to the city services. Would definitely stay again!

Location is very good 👍 room is comfortable! Some staff (on day 1 check in) were very nice, some others can be nicer. Breakfast was okay, but rotten tomatoes with white mold was discovered on Dec 11, talked to the guy who was serving, he tried using hand to clean it, demanded him to take it away, not sure what did he do with it. Food safety is important!

Great location to walk and sightsee in Sofia.

Walking distance to all of the main tourist sites in Sofia. Nice hotel. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast.

Hotel is a little dated in furnishings but makes up for it in staff hospitality and the complimentary breakfast, which has a range of options. Hotel is walkable to most sites in Sofia.

The Bristol Best Western is a small, well-appointed hotel in the heart of Sofia. Excellent care and service are provided. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was abundantly displayed, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My small criticism is that the bathroom is quite dark, but it was excellent for mobility access.

This location is very convenient, I walked everywhere. The room is very clean; stuffs are ver nice. I am actually surprise how clean and good it is as I stayed in another ski resort in Bulgaria. The breakfast is also very good, various hot food and cold food options with deserts. Definitely a great stay; I would stay here again next visit.

Location was very good as many points of interest and shopping facilities were within easy walking distance. Property itself was well maintained and clean. Everything worked, lifts, wifi etc. Breakfast was good with a range of cold and hot food and drinks. It would have been nice to have a larger front lounge/bar area. There were two tram routes beside the hotel. A metro station is a few minutes walk away.

Good hotel with a good price.

A comfortable and quiet stay with clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast selection. Good price for the location. Close to metro and getting around places in Sofia. Only 35 minutes on the subway directly from Sofia Airport which makes it very convenient. Room decor is a little dated but doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the room. Staff was great. I was allowed an early check in at no extra cost and check out was also a breeze.

Close enough to a Metro station (the Sofia Metro is excellent and by far the best way to get to the airport - less than 1 euro). Nice hotel with everything you need. 5 minute walk to the centre.

Great parking service

We were upgraded to a bigger room without a charge, and the room was nice and spacious. The valet parking is a wonderful service as parking in Sofia is not the easiest. Overall the service was great and people were nice.
